proper subject placement (rule of thirds)
tonal balance (simple colors, not busy)
pattern of meaning (shoot thru something)
balance mass (foreground object, depth)
use lines (helps create perspective)_
framing, blocking, angles  subject matter( CLOSAT [character, location, object, situation, action, theme], rule of thirds, aesthetics tell stories )
visual perspective ( it helps to use lines)
convey meaning through color/tone
Who or what owns the shot, Q & A,
utilize meaning thru movement, (movements are feelings, movement through shot)
